There is also an internet cafe for printing needs, free wifi in the room, lobby, and restaurant/pool area. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of food choices, and the restaurant's service is excellent. the pool area is clean, with lukewarm water, and towels are provided. the shower/changing area is well-maintained and has convenient storage space. the staff is accommodating, allowing for late checkout and luggage storage. the hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, making transportation convenient.

We felt well looked after during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Staff were welcoming, room was large and modest with ac. The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from Robinsons Place Mall Palawan.

This hotel was a great find! The value for money was unbelievable - I got so much for such a reasonable price. The location was perfect, right opposite a big shopping mall, which made it super convenient for dinner options and running errands. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Christmas at this hotel was a blast! The free airport transfer and superb buffet breakfast were the best aspects of my stay. I also loved the fact that the hotel was located right across a mall, making shopping very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my Christmas experience truly memorable.

There were some negative aspects. The wifi signal was weak in my room and I had to go to the lobby to use it.

The hotel location is excellent with a Robinson's mall literally right across the street. Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with tea/coffee facilities, bottled water, and toiletries. Internet connection is good.
